I booked the water - taxi to our Hotel but the driver would not bring us there despite our hotel having a drop off dock. He was very arrogant and would not even listen to us. He insisted we get out on the main canal. We had not choice. He was literally forcing us out. We therefore had to find our way by talking to several hotel staff in the area.

Extremely disappointed in this service. Immediately after booking I clarified and got confirmation, in writing, that my group could be dropped off at our hotel's pier. We had 2 children with us (5 and 3 years old) so ensuring door-to-door transport was essential. When I arrived I was informed that my confirmed drop-off location "was not possible" without any explanation why the company would not honor their agreement. Unbelievably expensive for what we got (a long, hot walk from the public pier) and an unpleasant experience. Do not recommend.

The desk personnel were super helpful and assisted us with our ticket purchases. They helped us with the bags to the boat and the entire experience was wonderful
