The staff that was at the office for the water taxi could not have cared less about cancelling our water taxi. They were extremely terribly horribly rude, not offering any assistance whatsoever....
The staff that was at the office for the water taxi could not have cared less about cancelling our water taxi. They were extremely terribly horribly rude, not offering any assistance whatsoever. They offered no information on when the next water taxi would be available. This attitude in Venice of not caring, would not happen in America. Americans would have extended advice and empathy. I only needed to be told to wait out the rainstorm at the Train Station. Then the Water Taxi service should get in touch with me when the water taxi was be available.

Terrible. Our reservations had been made months earlier and paid for. When we arrived, we were told that they were too busy that day and they weren't coming. We would have to figure something...
Terrible. Our reservations had been made months earlier and paid for. When we arrived, we were told that they were too busy that day and they weren't coming. We would have to figure something else out and ask for a refund. We hired a water taxi and paid 70 Euros and they dropped us off at the wrong hotel. We had to pay another taxi another 70 Euros to get to the correct location. A terrible start to our Venice visit and really bad customer service.

Totalmente recomendado, lo compre con anticipación, al llegar a la estación me atendieron rápido y esperé muy poco para que estuviera el taxi por mi.
