Culatello di Zibello Museum
Culatello is one of the most prized cured meats in all of Italy. Produced in the Zibello region of Parma, which has its own unique micro-climate, it's the Rolls-Royce of salami and only a handful of its proud producers exist.
The Culatello of Zibello Museum is dedicated to the territory where culatello is produced, to its people, its culture and history, and makes for a fascinating (and oftentimes delicious) cultural experience for visitors to the region, especially for anyone with a foodie side.
