As the spread of COVID-19 slows, countries are reopening their shops, restaurants, museums and attractions, and other public spaces to their citizens. We are partnering closely with our 2,500+ museum and attraction partners to bring you up-to-date information about tourism-related quarantine measures and the reopening of museums and attractions worldwide.
Cities and countries reopening around the world
A number of countries implemented strict regulations about public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak. This led to the temporary closure of many venues, including museums and tourist attractions, in cities across the globe. Below, we include a list of countries reopening public spaces to their citizens and lifting or lightening quarantine measures.
We will update this list three times a week to be as up-to-date as possible, but if you are looking to find out whether a specific museum or attraction is reopening soon, we recommend that you visit the website of that venue for the most accurate information.
