Excellent
Been going to Palm Springs for years. Now that I am in a committed, healthy relationship, I wanna do romantic excursions. Took my new boyfriend, first Time for both of us. And we loved it so much.

Terrible
I thought that I had a good chance of getting a ride up the tram as soon as I got there but I found out that I needed to check in with the ticket office at the tram . Very disappointed

Excellent
The tram and those working made the ride pleasant and fun with a bit of humor from the operators and even guest comments. I loved the music on the way down.
