a real must if you are in the area. The museum shows very well the life on the casematen. Very interactive, even for children is not boring, as they can try out lots of things. Broshures... Vis mere

a real must if you are in the area. The museum shows very well the life on the casematen. Very interactive, even for children is not boring, as they can try out lots of things. Broshures available also in German and English, and there is a little booklet for the kids, which keeps the kids attentive, but also a challenge for the parents. The staff is very friendly and they think even for the doggies (water in a big bol prepared for them). We spent there a bit more than 3 hours, and bored not even a minute. For doggies: the steps are made of iron, and even for a not so hot day, that can be very hot for the dogs' feet. There is a possiblity to let the dog to go up or down next to the step, but not everywhere. The only negative thing I could mention is that I missed a bit the explanations in other languages. Important! if you have a bigger dog, that you cannot hold, than I advise you to drive directly first to the entrance, drop the family with the dog, than go and park on the other side in the parking plac
