Ho aspettato per 45 minuti la guida che non si è fatta vedere. Per niente organizzati, visto che non c'era un punto di ritrovo segnalato. Non hanno dato nessun numero di telefono come riferimento. Non vogliono rimborsare il biglietto anche se ho segnalato in diretta la cosa tramite app. Assolutamente negativo.
