Excellent
Bright, clean and plenty of parking spaces. Easy drive-in entrance. Couple of minutes walk to tram that takes you to city centre within approx. 25 mins.

Expecting Europe-typical 24h time format, I booked parking at Leonardo Hotel. When I realised upon receiving confirmation email that I had actually booked commencing 22:00, I tried to change it...
Expecting Europe-typical 24h time format, I booked parking at Leonardo Hotel. When I realised upon receiving confirmation email that I had actually booked commencing 22:00, I tried to change it immediately to 10:00. Despite several conversations with customer service, they neither changed the time slot nor allowed me to cancel/ money back. I ended up wasting the €30 and instead parking at Oosterdok, which worked perfectly (pre booking in the morning for 10:00) and was cheaper for a full day at €25.
