I booked the day before, got tickets and skipped the queues the next day. The instructions were clear and collection points were correct. All went well and I had an enjoyable time at the 2 museums.

We have been to Florence before and didn't go to the gardens. I am so glad we did this time, it was absolutely beautiful! Highly recommended!
