I booked the slot for 7pm, followed the meeting point on the map that was given to us on the email which took us to the meuseum which was actually very good, they told us at the reception at the...
I booked the slot for 7pm, followed the meeting point on the map that was given to us on the email which took us to the meuseum which was actually very good, they told us at the reception at the meuseum that after the tour we go to the cruise, so that's exactly what we done. We got there to be told that the next cruise wasn't until 9pm . TWO hours after I booked the slot therefor we couldn't attend as we had something else booked that started at 9pm as when we booked the meuseum and cruise it stated ir was 1 hour long! I went to the ticket office they told me they could not give me a refund and I emailed who I booked online with and not heard back! So looks like I paid over 50 euro for nothing as not getting my money back

Very good experience. I didn’t realize it was self guided… so be aware of that. But for the most part it was really fun and heavy walking

Heineken Experience

La Heineken Experience si svolge in quello che è stato il primo birrificio della nota birra dei Paesi Bassi. Gerard Adriaan Heineken comprò questo edificio nel 1863, quando era il luogo di produzione della birra De Hooiberg, e lo destinò alla produzione della birra a cui diede il suo nome. L'edificio rimase una fabbrica di birra fino al 1988, anno in cui fu trasformato in un museo (e luogo di consumo della Heineken). L'Heineken Experience si trova nel vivace quartiere De Pjip, una posizione ideale per poi fare un giro in barca sui canali e per esplorare la città lontano dal trambusto di Piazza Dam. Dal 2001, è la famosa Heineken Experience. E dopo un anno di rinnovo e riprogettazione, nel 2008, è ancora meglio di prima.
