I booked the slot for 7pm, followed the meeting point on the map that was given to us on the email which took us to the meuseum which was actually very good, they told us at the reception at the meuseum that after the tour we go to the cruise, so that's exactly what we done. We got there to be told that the next cruise wasn't until 9pm . TWO hours after I booked the slot therefor we couldn't attend as we had something else booked that started at 9pm as when we booked the meuseum and cruise it stated ir was 1 hour long! I went to the ticket office they told me they could not give me a refund and I emailed who I booked online with and not heard back! So looks like I paid over 50 euro for nothing as not getting my money back
