I really enjoyed the boat tour, but the Bus Tour was a little bit annoying. The headphones didn't work properly at my seat.

Ticket easy to exchange and both tours were brilliant. The bus drivers were particularly lovely, helpful and funny. The bus tour gives you time to hop off briefly for the Little Mermaid which was perfect.
