I bought 4 tickets online for the Berlin Zoo for 13thFeb2024. Unfortunately the zoo was closed when we arrived. We send an email for asking what to do for a refund of our tickets but nowone...
I bought 4 tickets online for the Berlin Zoo for 13thFeb2024. Unfortunately the zoo was closed when we arrived. We send an email for asking what to do for a refund of our tickets but nowone answered. Tiquets.com didn’t inform us zoo was closed that day and didn’t propose us a refund for now one.
