Delayed 2 hour for pick up, no one answers the phone, bus driver is preoccupied with selling tickets, checking people in with tickets and driving bus. Temperature on bus was unacceptable, very hot and windows could not be opened nor vents were working. Audible tour could have been more exciting with more facts.
Bus driver was very friendly.
