Great experience with Tiqets ! There was an issue with the starting location of the tour but the support centre was reactive and I could join the rest of the group in a few minutes! Very kind guide too!

However I was very disappointed as well as all people in my group to learn on the day that the Alcázar was closed as there was no mention or pre-warning of this on...

However I was very disappointed as well as all people in my group to learn on the day that the Alcázar was closed as there was no mention or pre-warning of this on your website/email. Also part of the gardens were closed.
It seems unfair to allow people to book tickets for monuments that are closed as this should be advertised on your site. We were told that between September to February this is when sites are being restored/improvements made so again this information should be clearly stated on your website as is unfair for your guides to have to deal with annoyed customers. It spoils our experience.
