This was the worst experience ever. I booked tickets in advance, paid for four people tour by boat, but the bout did not come. Nobody informed us, we were standing in rain and wind, expecting for the boat. One guy from other company was very helpful and contacted somebody from this company. it was just by accident that they rent boats from flagship company, so he had contacts. There are no contacts of Flagship anywhere, you can only contact AI assistant, so in real situation there is no use of it. So whe I spoke to the girl on the phone (when the guy called her) she told that IF I WANTED, they could return my money... HELL YA... what else would be the possibilities? but i am still waiting for refund, haven't got money yet. the worst comany ever, never would I buy servise from it again.

Crucero en un barco pequeño , no está masificado. Gran experiencia observar la ciudad desde los canales, desde otra perspectiva con mucho encanto.

It was the best thing we’ve done on this trip! Definitely must do! And the guys were amazing! So knowledgeable and entertaining!!!
