  • Please enter via the Lower Ground Level (LG) entrance of the Dubai Mall, which is part of the same complex as Burj Khalifa, and take the entry to the Burj Khalifa building named "At the Top", located on the left side right after entering
  • Show your smartphone ticket at the ticket desk
  • Make sure to be on time for your chosen timeslot
  • Tickets can also be collected before your booked visit time at the Will Call Counter located on the left hand side on the LG Level

Very, very good! We skipped the Line all the way. Had a lovely Afternoon tea with the most wonderful view. Nice and peaceful. You pay a bit more, but it's worth it!
