The beautiful Orto Botanico di Parma, also known as the Orto Botanico dell'Università di Parma, is a botanical garden maintained by the University of Parma. It's not very big but makes for a relaxing couple of hours amongst aquatic plants, and mature trees such as ginkgo, and pinus nigra. There's also a glasshouse full of tropical plants and a “desert house” which is home to a variety of succulents and cacti. It is located in Parma, Italy.
