I was running 10 minutes late because apple maps took me to the wrong meeting place. I corresponded with Tiqets through Live Chat and was told nothing could be done. There was no suggestion of...
I was running 10 minutes late because apple maps took me to the wrong meeting place. I corresponded with Tiqets through Live Chat and was told nothing could be done. There was no suggestion of going with the next group even though I was only one person. I was also told there was no chance of getting a refund.
I am requesting my refund anyway because there should have been some resolution to my problem. I am sure many other people have run 10 minutes late to tours. Last name is Griffin, tour was at 12:15 on Thurs. April 4th. I would like a refund to the credit card given.
