Important-Voucher valid only in 1 out of existing 2 Rome airport lounges with EXACTLY same name. Company/ Tiqets not willing to accept their mistake by not labeling correctly their offer and not wiling to refund or compensate in any way. (Ps. Lounge itself is nice- I ended up going inside after all, by paying for it (for the second time, as I couldn’t use the Tiqet voucher) in person at the desk of lounge)

This is a very nice lounge . Good choice of food and hot and soft drinks . The shower was first class - good selection of toiletries and plenty of towels . A real boon for a weary traveller ....
