Host was lovely. She knew her stuff and added to the audio. Loved that she didn’t wait for anyone late. I’ve been on tours where we’ve waited for 1-2 people and we’ve lost out on tour time.

awful. We paid (4x) for a guided tour in Italian. The guide was keeping speaking in English and no guidance at all: when entering into rooms she was just telling us which number to select on the...
awful. We paid (4x) for a guided tour in Italian. The guide was keeping speaking in English and no guidance at all: when entering into rooms she was just telling us which number to select on the audio guide. We gave back the audio guide and kept visiting the museum by ourselves. Waste of money.
