Easy to access tickets and gain entry. The video was a little difficult to figure out but worth it in the end

Pre-booked tickets worked fine and I could enter at the booked time. Unfortunately, Palazzo Vecchio is not well organized. There is a sign "Visitors with pre-booked tickets wait here". Don't do it, no one will get you from there. The tickets will be issued at the information desk, left of the ticket counters, not at the ticket counter which is not marked. Museum experience was good, but I did not like the videoguide as it takes the focus from what you can see there and did not provide additional information I considered relevant.
