Fast and very helpful. I was able to get the tickets, while waiting in a long and slow line to buy them.
The response was fast, and I was able to skip to the line of the pre paid ticket holders.

It was very easy to access all included points of interest. An employee suggested to go in the cathedral and the tower in late afternoon which was convenient to avoid the crowds.

The cathedral is amazing,
You can skip the other activities including climbing to the roof which requires additional fee and a long wait. Climb the tower of the church in populo Square instead
