The guide for this tour (Camila) was excellent, keeping speakers in 4 different languages entirely engaged. The maestro who did the glass blowing demonstration was truly exceptional, and made clear why this is such a valuable and special art form - truly a master!!!! Only complaint was that the room was overfilled and we were unable to observe and appreciate the full process, which detracted from the experience. It also made very clear the objective of getting as many through to the store for purchases as possible. The 5 star rating really reflects the exceptional contribution of the tour guide, a comfortable, enjoyable and informative boat ride and the ability to watch a true master at work
