Overall good experience but there should be an information that what are you getting online there are not tickets, they are vouchers and you need to go to the office to exchange them for tickets.

Not enough information given. You 100% need a tour guide for pompeii it is like a maze! There are little to no maps or signs to indicate what exactly you are looking at and where to go next. We ended up missing 60% of it and also we ran out of time in the end!!! The Audio guide given was rubbish absolutely rubbish it's through an app on your phone again no info given to bring headphones and there is again little to no information added on the actual audio itself. Due to having to travel from Rome it took a total of about 3 and a half hours and we missed our original time for Vesuvius. We had to pay an additional 27€ each to go at a later time. I found this shocking as it wasn't our fault. Again little to no information offered that when you get off the bus in Naples it's an additional 45 minutes to Pompeii itself and you have to get off at the correct station (we didn't and had to get a taxi for an additional 15 mins) again no indication given as to where to go....
