Beer Can Houseプロジェクトは、1968年に引退した布張り職人のJohn Milkovischによって始まりました。JohnMilkovischは、何千もの大理石、岩、金属片をコンクリートや木材に埋め込んで、パティオやフラワーボックスなどのユニークな造園機能を作成しました。

彼は最初に前庭と裏庭全体をカバーすることから始めました（芝刈りにうんざりしたためと言われています）。その後、最終的に家屋に向かい、ビール缶からアルミサイディングを追加しました。

Bought tickets online just to show up at the house 10 minutes early and see no one is there for a tour. I called the number on the gate and they said they were not doing tours for some reason....

called the number on the gate when arrived and it said it was closed after I had already purchased my ticket on line. nothing stated on website that it was closed.
