When you are providing service to customers in different countries, it is your responsibility to use their currency, in my case Canadian Dollars, because you are offering promotions and discounts. The price you gave me with promotions for AGO tickets was USD, not CAD, so there was no reduction in cost as a result of promotions. You advertised the AGO ticket on your website as 22 USD, but the actual cost was 30 CAD, since USD has a higher value than CAD, so you added no promotion or concession! I would call it a lie. I also talked with you customer center, but it wasn't helpful at all, since you were basically just trying to justify what you've done without actually solving any problems. Providing incorrect information and advertising is irresponsible, even if it is not fraud.
