Winnie-the-Pooh

Experience the timeless charm and enduring appeal of one of the world's most universally adored characters: Winnie-the-Pooh. In this immersive and fittingly playful exhibition, the subtle wisdom and endearing innocence of this clumsy, cuddly bear and his troop of furry friends are brought to life on a whole new scale, so kids and grown-ups can discover and rediscover the magical world of the Hundred Acre Wood like never before. Showcasing original sketches, manuscripts, letters, photographs, and memorabilia, this exhibition brings to life the story behind the creative partnership of author A.A. Milne and illustrator E.H. Shepard. You can enjoy your very own Heritage Minute and find out how a black bear from White River, Ontario, inspired the honey-loving, yellow-furred 'bear of very little brain' in this exhibition exclusively at the ROM, the only Canadian stop on the tour. If ever there was a time that called for the subtle wisdom and happy-go-lucky attitude of Winne-the-Pooh it's right now, so treat yourself to little fix of positivity and don't miss it! ...

Egyptian Mummies

Throughout history, the mythology of Egyptian mummies has captured imaginations the world over and become rooted in popular consciousness. Uncover the secrets of these mystery-shrouded remains, and get up close and personal with six mummified individuals from ancient Egypt in this compelling exhibition from the British Museum. Using the latest technology, this exhibition explores how these people lived along the Nile in ancient Egypt and what happened to them after they died. ...

I bought tickets online. Booked a time slot, and entered the museum without any wait. The museum is a great place to lose yourself for and afternoon. My wife and son had a great time, enjoying the various exhibits. My favorites are always the medieval swords, and armor. It’s the only I didn’t feel uncomfortable about wearing a mask.
