We did not receive our tickets from you so had to rebuy them so our experience was very tarnished after attempting to contact you without success

Terrible
You never emailed us the ticket as you said you will the afternoon before the experience. We missed the attraction because of that! What a shame! We will recommend not to use your “service”.

16 euro betaald, maar de voucher is nog geen ticket. Onbereikbaar, geen meeting point of andere manier om toch het ticket te ontvangen. Uiteindelijk met veel gedoe binnen gekomen maar audiotour...
