The guided tour by Anne-Sophie was amazing. She was super knowledgeable and made it very fun. Best experience we did in Paris. Tiquets made the process very easy.

We booked a last minute group tour. The office to meet up was easy to find only about 5-10 minutes from Versailles. We decided to do a private tour and as luck would have it... they gave us Audrey. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She answered most all of our questions and made this tour such a memorable experience. Whatever you do... at least buy skip the line group tickets!!! Do NOT wait in that long ridiculous morning line with general admission. You will not learn a thing about the castle by simply walking around on your own.

Avoiding ticket queues is essential. Even the visit with the guide is oppressively crowded in late Sept. Guide great. Gardens superb. Palace feels a bit neglected despite its splendour.
