Castillo Miramar was Great!!! Especially since we had previously visited Vienna and knew more of Max’s story. DO NOT use Tiqets unless the height of tourist season. Horrific mark up vs just...
Castillo Miramar was Great!!! Especially since we had previously visited Vienna and knew more of Max’s story. DO NOT use Tiqets unless the height of tourist season. Horrific mark up vs just buying at the castle when we arrived, and then had to pay extra for audio guides besides.

About: Miramare Castle
Miramare Castle is a seaside mansion near Trieste, Italy. The castle was the paradisiacal residence of Archduke Maximilian of Habsburg and his wife Charlotte of Belgium during the mid-19th century and is now a historical museum and attraction.
Visitors can explore this grand castle, which retains much of its original furnishing, and wander the pristine Miramare Castle Park, including the stables and the miniature 'Castelletto'.
