Terrible
It did not turn up and my 3 yr old grandson and myself waited patiently with another large family group for over 40 mins. I will never use you or recommend you and am still awaiting an explanation...

Great experience to see around London. There’s also area to store strollers in the bus, so it was very convenient for us to get around and see the city

Super tour, saw lots of sites without spending hours on the bus - 45mins was just right. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the guide was funny and entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour!
