Terrible
It did not turn up and my 3 yr old grandson and myself waited patiently with another large family group for over 40 mins. I will never use you or recommend you and am still awaiting an explanation...

Die Tour hat leider nicht stattgefunden, wir wurden nicht benachrichtigt und standen da und haben gewartet. Nach dem ich sie angerufen habe, haben sie gesagt, dass die Tour nicht stattfindet. Man wollte mir das Geld erstatten und eine Mail schicken, in der die Rückerstattung bestätigt wird. Leider habe ich bisher keine Mail und auch kein Geld erhalten.
