360° of mesmerizing scenery is stretched out before you from up high. See four surrounding states (Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois), the yellow streaks of taxi cabs, the azure glimmer of Lake Michigan, and even birds soaring up above the Magnificent Mile.
