Lovely day, lots to do at Battersea, good shops and coffee places, great experience going up the chimney with fabulous views of London, everyone was very helpful and polite! Thank you

Wonderful experience - even managed to book the accessible lift as we are not able to do 39 steps! The view is fantastic and we went by Uber Boat from Westminster Pier, which was great, too!

Format had changed since my last visit but better in the visual presentation. Slightly longer queuing Staff very helpful and pleasant especially Sam in the lift.
