Spectacular view, breathtaking experience. However, the line needs to be managed. We had a ticket entrance at 12:30 and showed up to queue at 11:50. By the time we got to the elevator to go up it...

We had a ticket for 10:30, we waited in line for over an hour and went upstairs around 12:00. It was crowded, you couldn't see anything and then you had to wait another 20 minutes for the elevator...

The queue is too long, so families with small kids should have separate lines. Secondly, the air conditioning near the long queue doesn’t work properly.
