Terrible
We had a ticket for 10:30, we waited in line for over an hour and went upstairs around 12:00. It was crowded, you couldn't see anything and then you had to wait another 20 minutes for the elevator...

Excellent
Awesome experience. The heat haze was a little distracting. I went very early, 8:30 am so there were no queues. No one around. So great experience.

Poor
There was a very very big queue at 11 o'clock, we had to stand there for 2.5 hours, it was terrible. View the palm was better experience, worth the money much more.
