We paid double price just for the guide walk with us through the line towards the basilica and the tickets office. We could easily do that by ourselves and we didn’t receive any audio guide at all...

Our group wasn't given audio guides, and if you had gone to the queue early by yourself, instead of waiting for tickets to be exchanged the queue would have been shorter. Completely confused about...
