Very easy and reasonably priced. But I would buy at the airport /Rome Terminal on the day rather than on-line as it's cheaper and you don't have to check-in each way on the day of travel.

Stressful, difficult to activate the voucher. No clear instructions. We were sent from one person to another at both the Airport and Rome Termini to try and access the train tickets.

Sent train tickets with incorrect times but no option to select time and no option to change time . No help when I tried to use live chat as they said it was my fault. Do use them
