Purchasing the tickets was a pain - the system would not accept any form of payment for a single ticket, no matter what I did. I ended up getting the sale to go through when I bought the private one-way transfer with a ticket, and from that point on, it was a very smooth experience. My driver was on time, our trip was smooth, and entry to the park was easy once my ticket time came. I went very early, first thing in the morning, and it made the entire experience much better - the park was wildly busy by the time I left, a couple of hours later.
