It was challenging to schedule for me being first time in Spain and on tight schedule with school. I have always been so fond of the work of Salvador Dali, even as a child, I had prints in books. The flexibility of scheduling was not helpful for American not knowing how to use the system. I scheduled three times and two of those times, I was unable to cancel or reschedule. I could not continue to schedule and spend more and more euros without ability to find the time when I could go. Unfortunately, I was not able to see the Dalí house and may never have this opportunity again.
I paid twice for nothing. I wish that I could at least receive a refund. When I contacted customer service to ask for help, they read what was already on the website and gave me that same information. It was a disappointment.
