Format had changed since my last visit but better in the visual presentation. Slightly longer queuing Staff very helpful and pleasant especially Sam in the lift.

Fantastic experience, the views across London are amazing. Give yourself plenty of time to explore the shops and facilities before or after lift 109 experience as the power station has such a lot to offer.
