12사도 바위는 포트 캠벨 국립공원의 해안가에 위치한 유명한 장소로, 호주 빅토리아의 그레이트 오션 로드 옆에 있습니다. 이 석회암 더미는 물에서 서로 가까운 곳에서 터져 나오며, 이는 곧바로 항해할 수 있음을 의미합니다.
어떻게 형성되었는지 궁금하신가요? 극한의 기상 조건은 남대양에서 흐릿하게 나타났고 시간이 지남에 따라 부드러운 석회암을 침식했습니다. 이것은 절벽에 다른 동굴을 만드는 것을 도왔고, 결국 아치로 변형되어 붕괴되었습니다. 이 인상적인 바위 더미는 50미터 높이까지 뻗어있었습니다. 열두 사도를 보는 것은 호주 역사의 실제 조각을 보는 것입니다!
