My 9 year old son enjoyed the experience of walking through the museum and the samples and game where you had to throw marshmallows into a dragon’s mouth. My 12 year old daughter thought that the displays were informative and impressive and the guide explained everything clearly and answered all questions. We all enjoyed the samples. My husband thought it was very informative. He also felt it was good value for money.
What could be better - the princess and prince animated chocolate story at the beginning of the tour was cheesy and unnecessary. Also it was non-inclusive. It didn’t add anything to the tour/museum. It should be removed completely. I really liked all the chocolate historical displays and the tour guide’s explanations and answers to my questions. I learned a lot about chocolate from this visit. The videos where they showed chocolate making looked like they were made in the 1980s because the computers in them looked like they were from 1985.

Children had a great time learning about chocolate and enjoyed eating it during the tour. Good experience. Building a little dated. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Cool place to visit.

We did this on a whim because our flight was delayed, and it absolutely surpassed our expectations. A great price for an entertaining hour, and delicious high-quality chocolate.
