I had no knowledge of this museum before, but I like modern architecture, so this building drew me to it. When I entered, I was a bit doubtful about a show about octopuses, citrus, and human beings, but what a wonderful surprise it was! Shimabuku is an artist full of humor and intelligence and compassion, and I spent a long time dwelling over every piece in the show. Afterward, I had a light afternoon snack in the cafe before returning to my hotel.
