We were told to be at the meeting point at 4.45pm but when we arrived there we were then told we had to wait until 6.20 pm as that was when the tour started which was really frustrating. We were told this was an error by Tiqets and not Algarve Moments. Our brilliant guide Eddie helped by coming to the meeting point early before picking up other travellers so we weren’t just sat waiting around. Eddie was so friendly and welcoming and his English was excellent so we could have a laugh and a joke with him. We expected a bit for in the way of bathing in the springs but all in all a really enjoyable few hours
