Ottima esperienza al Moulin Rouge. Unica nota stonata l’appuntamento a Place de Sidney sotto la pioggia e senza una tettoia a ripararci. Ma per il resto tutto è stato impeccabile

We had read the reviews before we booked this trip and were sceptical from the start. Nonetheless, we took a risk and booked an evening at the Moulin Rouge, which included half a bottle of champagne and a river cruise to use whenever we felt like. At the start of the evening, everything was fine, the guide showed up on time, the bus took us to the show, and then everything changed. We were ushered into the building with no opportunities to take any photographs before we went in. We were then taken to our seats which were right in the furthest corner of the room where you could only just see the main stage. The show itself would have been spectacular. If only we could have seen it all, then even more. trouble started, we were told to meet at a designated point by the courier after the show. Our show finished at 1:15 am. We went straight out from the show to the designated meeting point to get on the bus to find that the bus was not there! We waited for 30 minutes, however, the bus still did not arrive. We were staying half an hour’s drive away from the Moulin Rouge venue and had no way of getting home at that time of night as the trains stopped running at 2 am. After over an hour of finding our way home, we complained to the Tiquet company, they told us that their courier had said that he was there, he most certainly was not! I would not use this company again! The company have refused to give any compensation to make up for the trouble and upset that they put us through.
