Attraction was overcrowded in the early stages of the tour. Commentary at the gantry and queue at the lifts compounded this issue.
Lack of head-sets for operational reasons was unacceptable.

Disappointed that the frequency of buses was around 30 mins, with no opportunity to join other companies following the same route. we had expected much less than this. This was problematic at the Titanic experience where, many people were looking to board the bus, but it was full, therefore requiring a long wait.
In addition the downstairs areas were exceptionally hot on a day with good weather.

We were impressed with the entire experience, we have done the Titanic experience in Southampton and we have not been disappointed with either.
The only slight niggle in Belfast was that it was very busy when we went and there were a few pinch points around the museum( the staff dealt with these very well) keeping everyone informed of what was happening and using their knowledge of the events of history.
