Villa Fogazzaro Roi was once the summer residence of Antonio Fogazzaro, a writer who was nominated for the Nobel Prize seven times. The villa has stunning views overlooking the Italian shore of Lake Lugano. It was donated to the FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano) by Fogazzaro's grandson, and preserves its opulent 19th-century character.
