Excellent
It was a great experience. I got the gallery tickets at the gallery. It was all easy. Unlike the Duomo.

Poor
Poor experience with Duomo. Not clear where to get tickets. People handing out tickets were not visible. They gave us the wrong information as to where to line up. It was a complete mess.
