Terrible

No earphones and app impossible to download reduced our guided tour to a very long and cold self guided bus journey. Bus only went in one direction which caught us out and the other passengers...

No earphones and app impossible to download reduced our guided tour to a very long and cold self guided bus journey. Bus only went in one direction which caught us out and the other passengers too. Guided cruise was excellent with good live commentary in 2 languages.
